How do I download a ringtone ?
On your cell phone, select Menu -> Messages -> Write message
Write <Number> that is provided for the ringtone which you wish to order.
Select Options, and then Send.
Enter 42307 as the destination
Select Send again.
Shortly after, you will receive a notice about a new message with a download. Accept it if you’d like to receive the ringtone.
The ringtone download will automatically start on your phone. On some phones you may be directed to save the ringtone after it has loaded.
You will be billed only AFTER you have downloaded.
I tried to download an image but received only strange symbols. Why did it happen? Did I get billed?
There are several reasons why the download did not work. One reason could be that you received the wrong format of the file. Make sure you defined the correct cell phone type. Another reason may be that your phone does not support this type of service, however, most newer phone models will support downloads.
I didn’t accept the download i ordered – did I get charged?
Your account will be only be charged after your download has successfully completed.
I tried to send a comment, but I got a message saying that ”Message cannot be sent”. What’s wrong?
Most likely your text messaging service is blocked by your cell phone service provider, and therefore you can receive but not send messages. Contact your provider to allow sending text messages.
Which carriers will work for text message based ordering?
Currently, we support text message based ordering and subscription service for T-Mobile, Cingular (and former AT&T Wireless customers) and Sprint.
I ordered a ringtone but didn't save it. Will I be charged?
Yes. Please make sure you save the ringtone to your device when prompted.
I have a prepaid subscription. Can I download content?
Some carriers may not allow you to participate if you have a prepaid subscription. Talk with your carrier about your prepaid account and if you should be able to download content.
Where are the items I downloaded stored?
The items are stored in your phone.s onboard memory or memory expansion card (such as an MMC card). Please make sure you have enough free phone memory or space on your memory expansion card before downloading. On many Sprint devices, you will find it in your “downloads” section. On other devices you may find it in your “gallery” section.
